Agile Of East (AOE) is representation of the ever growing community named – Agile of East and also responsible for hosting the flagship annual conference on Agility at Kolkata, India. It is focused to bring the best of minds, diversified ideas, delegates across industries – all under one roof, aimed to boost and stimulate the spread of Agile WoW in the Eastern part of India (and larger South East Asia). Additionally, this is a completely non-profit, volunteer-run community conference – of the Agile Enthusiasts, by the Agile Enthusiasts, for the Agile Enthusiasts!

This is a Sanskrit phrase – meaning, “become independent“!
We aim at highlighting how “Agility” is independent and agnostic of underlying Technology, Industry or Processes.
